All trekking members will go together in one group and come back together. The cost will also be charged if the group splits for personal reasons.
Any extra cost due to road blockade or any other unforeseen reason will be charged in addition to the standard package offer.

Day 1 ISLAMABAD

Upon arrival at Islamabad Airport, our representative/guide will wait to pick up the group and transfer them to the hotel. The airport is approximately 40-45 minutes from Islamabad city. In the afternoon, a half-day city tour will be organized, starting with a visit to the Faisal Mosque, built in 1986. Then, we will proceed to the Pakistan Monument and Lok Virsa for further exploration. To enjoy a breathtaking aerial view of Islamabad, we will visit Daman-e-Koh a place with magnificent views of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Afterward, we will return to the hotel for an overnight stay. A brief session in the hotel with the guide will be held after dinner to discuss the next day’s itinerary. Now, it is your time to relax and get some sleep.

Day2 ISLAMABAD-SAWAT

We will leave early in the morning after breakfast. The journey from Islamabad to Swat will be an exciting and enriching experience, offering stunning countryside views and the opportunity to see some of Pakistan’s most unique cultural and historical sites. Here are some of the best places to see:

We will visit Takht-e-Bai, a historic archaeological site in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province in Pakistan. It is known for its rich cultural and historical heritage and is a popular destination for tourists and history enthusiasts. Takht-e-Bai was once the site of a large Buddhist monastery and is considered one of the earliest Buddhist sites in the region. We will explore the remains of the monastery, including stupas, shrines, and courtyards. There is a stunning view of Mardan City and its surroundings from this historical site.

Day 3 SIGHTSEEING OF SWAT VALLEY

A fantastic place worth visiting, as it boasts a fascinating landscape and rich culture. Additionally, several archaeological sites in Swat Valley are worth exploring. The two most prominent sites are the ancient Hindu ruins at Sakhakot and the Buddhist ruins at Butkara I. Sakhakot is believed to have been a Hindu temple complex dating back to the 6th century. At the same time, Butkara I is an important Buddhist stupa built during the Gandhara period. We will also visit the ruins of the Buddhist monasteries at Panr and Sheri, the ancient Hindu fort at Samil, and the ruined mosque at Pirsarai. All of these sites are unique and provide a fascinating insight into the history and culture of the region. We will spend the night at a hotel. A treaty dinner in Swat, famous for its delicious food in Pakistan, will be arranged.

Day 4 SAWAT-KALASH

The day is full of stunning natural beauty, and there are many things to see and explore. Some highlights include the breathtaking Kunar River Valley, the majestic Hindu Kush Mountains, the fascinating Kalash Valley, picturesque waterfalls and rivers, and the many small villages that dot the route. It’s a great way to get insight into the culture and lifestyle of the region.

There are also amazing valleys with incredible tourist attractions, including Murghzar, Malam Jabba, Kalam, Osho Forest, and many more to enjoy during your holidays.

Day 5-7 THE KALASH VALLEY FESTIVAL

We will enjoy three exciting days in the amazing Kalash Valleys with unique communities and their fascinating culture.

The Kalash Festivals are a series of religious festivals celebrated by the Kalash people, a small indigenous group in the Chitral district of Pakistan. The festivals are celebrated over a period of three days, in the four seasons in each fourth month of the Kalash calendar.

The main highlights of the Kalash Festivals include traditional music and dance, offerings to the gods, and the exchange of gifts between families and friends. The festivals are also celebrated through processions of colorful flags and the decoration of homes with colorful flowers and decorations. The festivities also feature traditional foods and drinks and a market where people can buy and sell goods. Day 8 KALASH-ISLAMABAD

The scenic journey back to Islamabad via the Lawari Tunnel, Dir, and the Swat Motorway will take us back to the capital city, offering the same breathtaking highlights we experienced here. As we check into our hotel, it’s time to relax and indulge in your leisurely strolls near the hotel.

The trip can be reserved with an initial deposit of 30% at the time of booking. The initial deposit shall not be refunded but can be transferred for a future trip.

FINAL PAYMENT

We require the full cost of the trip to be paid 30 days prior to the start of the tour. Payments can only be made in cash or through bank transfers to our designated bank account. We do not accept payments via credit cards. Please ensure that you only accept invoices generated by Discover Pakistan and sent through our official email ID.

1) Cancellations must be communicated in writing to Discover Pakistan or the agent through whom the trip was booked. Cancellation charges will be applied as follows:

Cancellation before 30 days or more: After deducting 30%, the remaining amount will be refunded. If the deposit is retained with the consent of our client, no cancellation charges will be applied. The full amount can be adjusted towards a future trip.
Cancellation within 2 weeks before departure: 50% of the package offer will be charged.
Cancellation within one week of departure or no-show: The full payment will be forfeited.
No refunds will be provided if you voluntarily or involuntarily leave the trip after it has started. Additionally, no refunds will be given for any unused meals, accommodation, or services.
